Getting Keycard and defeating Deviants

Well, first of all, you are to find a keycard that will let you enter the locked section of the quarantine on the second floor where the Mystical Crate is located. Get this important item from one of the many long tables spread around the place. Now, with the keycard in hand, be ready to engage in an intensive battle with many Deviants who are housed inside the quarantine zone. Defeat them, and you shall be rewarded with a Stun Baton fragment from the Mystical Crate.

Stun Baton Stats and Special Effects

The Stun Baton is an effective weapon with both high damage and excellent crowd control. What makes it truly special in a fight, however, is its unique ability to apply a Power Surge with light attacks. When a target is affected by Power Surge, all succeeding heavy attacks against them deal extra Shock damage, further weakening them.

Weakspot DMG: 20%

You can feed Operator-tagged weapon fragments to the Stun Baton through the Enhancement screen for increased damage and overall performance. These fragments can be obtained by completing a variety of tasks in the game such as quests and defeating enemies, exploring certain locations, and more.
