Partisan is a very hard opponent, implemented in the 0.12 patch of Escape from Tarkov, and is a direct consequence of a player's PMC Karma. This in-game reputation system tracks players' actions. In case of negative karma, there is a higher chance to spawn a Partisan. The more players are in a raid with low PMC Karma, the higher the possibility of a Partisan spawn. While you can't control other players' karma, inviting friends with positive karma can help mitigate the risk.
Partisan spawns only on forest-like maps: Customs, Lighthouse, Woods, and Shoreline. This beast is very dangerous because of the great irregularity of his spawn location and silent steps.
