He often roams around the city, conducting business or simply taking in the sights. You'll need to actively search for him within the Market District to initiate a transaction. Unfortunately, you won't be able to barter with him outside of the shop.

The Akaviri Sunderblade is no ordinary weapon. It's an enchanted version of the Akaviri Katana, boasting a dual 100 Weapon/Armor Disintegration Enchantment. This unique combination makes it incredibly potent, capable of turningthe tide of even the most challenging encounters. Here's how to maximize its effectiveness in combat:

• The Shattering Blow: The Disintegrate Weapon/Armor enchantment, at its 100 strength on the Sunderblade, means that a single hit will completely break an enemy's equipped weapon and armor. This effectively disarms them and negates any defensive or offensivebonuses their gear provided. It's akin to instantly stripping them oftheir equipment.
• Vulnerability After Disintegration:
  • Shield Bash Follow-Up: After the Sunderblade shatters an enemy's weapon or shield, a follow-up Shield Bash will prevent them from blocking, successfully staggering them and allowing you to inflict full damage.
  • Power Attack Prowess: Enemies whose armor has been broken by the Sunderblade will take full damage from Power Attacks. Their now non-existent armor won't mitigate the force of your powerful strikes.
