Discover How To Get The Type-40 Sword in NieR Automata with this excellent and detailed explanatory guide.
A tiny sword in NieR: Automata often has a quick attack speed and a small hitbox directly in front of the player. When faced with the game's many different kinds of enemies, these weapons are a good compromise.
While it is possible to extend the life of your weapons through upgrades, there are also many formidable weapons that may be discovered and enhanced to provide your characters an even greater advantage, such as the Type-40 weapons. The Type-40 Sword can be easily overlooked unless you're actively completing side missions, but I'll show you how to find it.
