Today we bring you an explanatory guide on How to Recycle in Moonstone Island with precise details.
With the new patch that introduced festivals to Moonstone Island, players can now recycle. If you're looking to get rid of some stuff and gather resources as quickly as possible, this is your go-to ability to break things down into their constituent parts.
How to Recycle in Moonstone Island
You'll have the ability to recycle once one of the festivals is complete in the new Moonstone Island update. If you want to see the meteor shower and make a wish on the falling stars, you will have to participate in the Lunar Festival. While collecting Moonstones may be the main event, the Recycler is available after the first run is complete.
Summer 21st at midnight will be the Lunar Festival. It's as easy as pie to go out to the beach onto the pier. You'll transition into a scene where the whole town is on dock awaiting the show to begin. Once you've selected which friend you want to watch the meteor shower with, the show will start. During the festival, if a meteor that is adorned with an aura appears you can collect Moonstones by hitting the interact button.
No matter how many festival stars you've been able to capture, Zed is going to be so inspired the following morning that he'll have built a new gadget for you. The moment you leave your house that morning, he'll deliver it. Here's the Recycler blueprint; this time, though, you're gonna have to make it.
How to use the Recycler
Donate: buy me a coffeeThe Recycler does with most of Moonstone Island crafting tables and machinery, breaking items down into their core components.
Hopefully by now, you have a Moonstone Enchanter for such goods as the Spirit Barn since you will need one to craft a Recycler. You can find this Recycler near the very bottom of the Moonstone Enchanter menu. Crafting will involve 5 Wood, 3 Iron Ingots, and 1 Moonstone Ingot. Both Moonstone and Iron Ore need to be smelted in a Furnace into Ingots. After crafting the Recycler, it can be placed like any other crafting station.
Select anything you'd like to recycle and toss it in the Recycler; that will break it down to its component pieces. Fortunately, mousing over an item in inventory will bring up a tray, revealing what you'll end up with from recycling it. Why it can't show is because non-recyclable components, including most agricultural products or raw resources of one kind or another, don't have any visual representation. Likewise, selecting those will do nothing.
Recycling happens in the blink of an eye. Once you click on it, you'll be given the materials in exchange for your chosen item. Always check what item you have chosen to make sure of your choice if possible. You will need to re-craft an item using the materials you have just obtained when you accidentally recycle the wrong item. Unfortunately, you can never reverse the recycling process.
So we come to the end of this explanatory guide, now you know How to Recycle in Moonstone Island, just do it and enjoy it to the fullest.
