Beyond the robust layered armor system that allows for complete customization of your hunter's appearance while maintaining optimal stats, Monster Hunter Wilds introduces another exciting feature for adding decorative flair: Pendants. These charming trinkets can be attached to your weapons and your Seikret companion, allowing for even more personalized style.

Monster Hunter Wilds: How to Get Pendants

Pendants are decorative pieces that can be added to your weapons and your Seikret. Here's a breakdown of how to acquire them and how to equip them:

Acquiring Pendants:

Monster Hunter Wilds offers various ways to obtain pendants:

• Starting Pendants: Several versions of the Hope Pendant are automatically available to all players right from the beginning of the game.
• Story Progression Pendants: As you advance through the main storyline, you will unlock additional unique pendants, including the Dragontorch Wings pendant and the Arkveld: Mark of Resolve pendant.
• Paid DLC Pendants: Numerous other pendants can be obtained through paid downloadable content (DLC):
  • The Avian Wind Chime can be purchased individually or is included in the Deluxe Edition of the game.1
  • The Fairy Light and Dancing Cat pendants are available as paid DLC, either purchased separately or through dedicated Pendant Sets.2
• Barrel Bowling Pendants (Grand Hub): The newly introduced Barrel Bowling game mode within the Grand Hub offers two unique pendants as rewards:
  • The Barrel Bowling Strap pendant is automatically claimed at the Barrel Bowling counter after you play the game mode for the first time.
  • The Barrel Bowling Trophy pendant is earned by achieving an A rank in the Barrel Bowling game mode.
• Open Beta Participant Pendant: Players who participated in the Monster Hunter Wilds open beta will receive the exclusive Stuffed Feylene Teddy pendant as a thank you.3

Equipping Pendants:

Once you have acquired any pendants, you can equip them to your weapons and your Seikret through the Change Armor Appearance tab:

Equipping Pendants to Weapons:

Visit any Camp Tent in the field or your room in a hub area.

Access the Change Armor Appearance tab.

Scroll down to the bottom of your list of equipped gear. You will find a setting for each of your currently equipped weapons.

Select the weapon you want to customize with a pendant.

You will be presented with a list of the pendants you have acquired. Choose the pendant you want to attach to that weapon.

Equipping Pendants to Your Seikret:

Visit any Camp Tent or your room in a hub area.

Access the Change Armor Appearance tab.

Look for and select the Customize Seikret setting.

This will open a customization menu for your Seikret. Within this menu, you will find an option to equip pendants.

You can use the same pendants that are available for your weapons on your Seikret. Select the desired pendant to attach to your companion.
