The first step to obtaining the pill bottle is to equip the Brain Rot Ammo Mod. This mod is essential to locating the cyst inside an Aether Nest or Infested Stronghold. Once you have equipped this mod, you will be able to see the cyst glowing in green, making it easier to spot.

Once you have located the cyst, shoot it until it turns green. This indicates that it's time for you to interact with it. If you are playing with a team, make sure to communicate with them to ensure that everyone is aware of where the cyst is located.

After shooting the cyst, interact with it to receive the purple Epic Pill Bottle. Congratulations! You have obtained the first level of the pill bottle.

To upgrade your pill bottle from purple to gold, you need to find the Aether Tear near the portal exit and navigate through it. Once you enter the Aether Tear, you will be teleported to a different location.
