Winter has finally arrived, and so is the most anticipated Winter Celebration event release in NetEase Games' Marvel Rivals. Fans will be able to take part in and collect so much new content, including a new spray, a new nameplate, a new MVP animation, emotes, and an exciting new skin for the charming hero Jeff the Land Shark.
To get them, you will have to spend two new seasonal currencies named Gold Frost and Silver Frost. Thankfully, the method of earning these aforementioned in-game currencies is easy, provided you follow the right steps. In the following article, learn more about how to obtain the Gold Frost and the Silver Frost in Marvel Rivals and the ways in which they can be utilized.
Golden Frost, or Gold Frost, is the brilliants seasonal currency that one can gain by completing missions in the brand new marvelous Arcade mode called Jeff's Winter Splash Festival in Marvel Rivals. These can be found in the [Event] Winter Celebration area in the Missions tab. Each of the tasks will grant you a Golden Frost. The said currency is used to upgrade Jeff the Land Shark's seasonal card and hence it will be the first priority among the rest to be collected during the event.

How to Get Silver Frost in Marvel Rivals?
Silver Frost is the event's secondary seasonal currency and will primarily be used to customize Jeff's winter card. Golden Frost isn't needed to unlock Jeff's new Cuddly Fuzzlefin skin, but it does add some real flair to your card if you want it to look as shiny as possible. Get Silver Frost by completing specific missions in the new Arcade mode, Jeff's Winter Splash Festival, in Marvel Rivals. Expect more missions to be available for Silver Frost than for Golden Frost in the Missions section, as new challenges will be rolled out during the event.

Winter Celebration Missions
- Reward: Three Silver Frost
- Heal 2500 HP in Jeff's Winter Splash Festival.
- Complete 5 matches in Jeff's Winter Splash Festival.
- Defeat 15 enemies in Jeff's Winter Splash Festival.
- Deal 2000 damage in Jeff's Winter Splash Festival.
- Devour 12 enemies with "It's Jeff!" in Jeff's Winter Splash Festival.
- Move 1000 meters by "Hide and Seek" in Jeff's Winter Splash Festival.
Mastering the Art of Golden and Silver Frost in Marvel Rivals
Golden Frost is used to upgrade items on Jeff's winter card, whereas Silver Frost is used to change its various decorations during the Winter Celebration event in Marvel Rival. To obtain Golden Frost, tap the 'Winter Celebration' banner at the top left of the screen, then select 'Decorate'. Tap one of the five options at the top right, then tap the 'Get now' button.
To activate Silver Frost, first, upgrade the decoration on Jeff's card with Golden Frost. Then, go to the 'Decorate' section under the Winter Celebration banner and select a new look for the items on the right-hand side of the screen. Each customization costs two Silver Frosts.
