How to access Killing Floor 3 Stress Test

The highly anticipated Killing Floor 3 Stress Test is set to go live today, Sunday, July 13, 2025. This one-day testing phase offers interested players a crucial opportunity to experience the game's performance before its official release on July 24, 2025. The primary goal of this test is for Tripwire Interactive to gather vital feedback and further refine the game.

How to Participate in the Killing Floor 3 Stress Test

If you're eager to participate in the Killing Floor 3 Stress Test and provide feedback to the developers, follow these steps:

Open Steam: Launch the Steam client on your PC.

Go to the Killing Floor 3 Store Page: Navigate to the official Killing Floor 3 store page.

Request Access: Scroll down the store page and click on the option to "Request Access" for the Killing Floor 3 Stress Test.

Wait for Approval: After registering your interest, you'll need to wait for an approval email from Tripwire Interactive. Once you receive this email, the game's playtest version will automatically appear in your Steam Library, allowing you to download it. You do not need to purchase the full game to participate in the stress test.

Given that the stress test is today, July 13, 2025, it's highly recommended to register for access as soon as possible. The test will be conducted in two phases, offering a total of four hours of gameplay:

• Phase 1: 1 PM - 3 PM EST
• Phase 2: 5 PM - 7 PM EST

Important Note from Developers: Tripwire Interactive has specifically requested that participants do not record any gameplay footage or stream it live on any platform. This measure is in place to "ensure that the multiplayer environment stays as stable as possible" and likely to control the flow of information about a potentially unpolished build.Additionally, the developers have provided a list of known issues (bugs and glitches) that are currently present in the game. Participants are encouraged to keep an eye out for these during their playtest session.

Killing Floor 3 is a six-player co-op horde shooter set in a grim, war-ravaged, dystopian future of 2091, 70 years after Killing Floor 2. Players join Nightfall, a rebel group fighting against the sinisterHorzine Corporation and their bioengineered monstrous "Zeds."
