Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is a far cry from the developer's Wolfenstein games, particularly when it came to level design. When you have finished the brief introduction, had your first fight in the museum, and completed your first puzzle, you'll have the option to explore Marshall College. You will find the ten hidden notes in the various rooms throughout the college.

Focus your attention on the Janitor’s Closet, Archaeology Classroom, Student Lounges, and Reception, as these locations contain the majority of the notes. Among these, two are tied to the story, while the remaining eight await your discovery through exploration.

Once you crack that first puzzle, make your way downstairs to the reception area: go through the Anthropology & Natural Science section toward the reception area.

Once inside, take the map off of the whiteboard. This is a VERY important step since the map makes it much easier to get around the college. Note the map is NOT a collectible note in the game.

Your first note is close. With the map in your possession, all you need to do is turn around and the Faculty Card will be on the reception table, waiting for you.

In the Janitor's Closet, there is one note. The Janitor's Closet is on the first floor of the college. With your newly acquired map, you will be able to locate the room and get the note inside it.

Find The Strange Aeons #1 Comic Book in the Student Lounge, which is handily located on the second floor of Marshall College. Head to the lounge and look for the comic sitting on one of the tables.

The Baseball Card is on the second floor, tucked away in the hall that runs between the Archaeology Classroom and the Student Lounge. Head down the corridor and look for the book trolley standing at the very end of it. The card should be placed above it.

Now you find yourself on the second floor in Archaeology Classroom with three notes inside; take your newly acquired collage map and follow the instructions for getting the following:

Notes Cat Mummies
Bjorkman's Correspondence
Shirley's Correspondence
Look above for their exact locations in the Classroom.

You will also note a collectible Apple, too-no not that counts as a Note.

Temple Map: This is found in the entrance room of Professor H. Jones' office on the first floor. Go into the room and head to the front desk. The map is located to the right of the typewriter.

Giant's Pendant

Here is your first story-related note within the game. Head into the Student Lounge on the first floor-there's a location marked in the map for this spot. Move the fallen bookcase, climb on it, and claim the Giant's Pendant. Now you're just missing one more note from your collection in Marshall College.

Cat Mom Snapshot

The Cat Mummy Photograph is the second and final story-related note in this chapter. After acquiring the pendant, head back to the office of Professor H. Jones. Open the door and during the cutscene, interact with the briefcase. This will show your journal, which has all the notes you have collected. The Mummy Photograph is on the board right in front of you.
