The problem seems to come from when users have low virtual memory, keeping this in mind, if you want to increase memory you will have to right-click on "This PC"> Advanced system settings> Performance,> Settings> Go to the Advanced tab and just below virtual memory, select Change.
Press the box that says "Automatically manage paging file size." and then select the drive where the game is> Custom size> Set the "Initial size" and the "Maximum size"> press Set and select OK to confirm.
The next thing will be to restart the PC and access the game to verify that the error no longer exists.
