You will be able to find the helicopter key outside the behind-the-scenes area of the art installation, one level below the helipad location. To get here you can start the level by heading to the garden and jump over the railing to climb towards the altar behind the stage to find two windows that can be opened with Agent 47's phone, make sure to evade the two team members and move forward towards the balcony on the other side of the room.
When you get to the balcony you will find several objectives hanging on strings and right next to the objectives will be the key you need, it is small so take a good look.

Go up the ladder to return to the helicopter, if you incapacitate the pilot and put on his uniform you will unlock the challenge "Rotor Man", 1,000 XP points as well.

Another way to get to the helicopter key is through the mission story "(In) Security" which will take you to the key location of the helicopter, and you can unlock the "vertical approach" challenge.
