As every fan of Final Fantasy XV knows, in the game we already know that Luna who was killed by Ardyn during the development of the game, was resurrected by Bahamut, the Draconian, this resuscitation brings consequences for Luna who awakens with demonic powers and of course becomes an opponent of Ardyn. All this history we met through the Final Fantasy XV episode DLC, which gave players the ability to play with the new Luna's powers.

The Noctis episode of Final Fantasy XV will offer an alternate ending with the fight with Bahamut. Ardyn, Luna, Noctis and Aranea would be the members of the game in which we can exchange characters as in any game RPG. Once Ardyn, Luna, Noctis and Aranea defeat Bahamut, Luna will awaken and live again through the powers of Shiva / Gentiana. It can also be seen in the DLC that Ardyn will receive a funeral worthy of the founding King of Lucis instead of Somnus who is his brother.
In this Final Fantasy XV DLC, Luna and Noctis stand behind an empty coffin with Ardyn's hat, where he mocks the children of Luna and Noctis. Theoretically this is the alternate ending of Final Fantasy XV, however due to the fact that the DLC was canceled it may not be in the game.
