So jump straight to one of these locations and as soon as you touch the ground, you will have to take refuge inside a house or closed space, since if a UFO sees you, it will begin to attack. While in the houses, look for treasure chests to try to get a strong weapon with which you can shoot at the saucers controlled by aliens.
When you have the weapons, what you have to do is shoot one of the UFOs until you manage to shoot one down. Keep in mind that these can have up to 600 health, but it will be enough to deal 300 damage to complete the challenge.
If you are lucky and manage to knock down one of the saucers, a Trespasser will pop out of the vehicle and attack you. These usually have Kymera Ray Guns. You can stay and eliminate it, or just leave after completing the challenge.
