There are a lot of different places to visit on the island in Fortnite Remix, though some are not exactly obvious. Some daily missions ask you to go to find search containers at base camps, or perhaps seek out specific locations.
Generally speaking, you should be searching and finding unfamiliar places to claim the maximum amount of experience. Learn how to search containers at base camps in Fortnite Remix if this is what this daily objective has got you stuck on.
All that is required to complete the search containers quest is to find and open a total of three containers at these base camps, which you can do in whatever way you like: three in one go or separately, one by one, is quite all right. The most important thing is just to find three to open.
Anything that opens and can be interacted with is a container. In other words, any kind of container that you open-ammo boxes, chests, big ammo boxes, whatever-opens advancement on this quest.
Base camps are pretty small, and as such it may be difficult to scrounge up enough loot to complete this in a single match. You may have to visit a couple of different camps, or visit the same one over a series of matches. If you want to attempt to complete this all in one sitting, then your best bet will be to head straight to a base camp from the battle bus.
While chests are easy to open, finding base camps might get a little tricky since these camps are more landmarks than points of interest. That much is given away by their small size and lack of naming on the map.
Each and every one of Fortnite Remix's base camp locations
You can finish the "search containers at base camps" mission by heading to one of the three base camps: Hotel Base Camp, Golf Base Camp, or Foxtrot Base Camp. You might want to know that all three of them are located-or rather, pretty close to-the south point of the map.
The Base Camp Hotel is located near the extreme southeast corner of the map. This small camp set on a lofty, snowy mountain is fully covered with tents. You will be somewhat lucky to complete the daily mission here because loot is generally scarce. Use your pickaxe to smash the tents since they might be covering up treasures you can unlock.
Base Camp Golf sits between the other two camps, on another snowy mountain not too far from the first. It's also not very big with next to nothing to grab onto. If looking for containers here, be very careful not to loot into another landmark that's just next to it. Be sure you're on the correct location, or the quest won't count any stuff from the other landmark because opening the containers will be outside of that landmark. The name of the landmark may pop up bottom left.
The only base camp that doesn't receive snowfall is Base Camp Foxtrot. This can be found along the middle south of the map. I would recommend trying this location first for the daily due to me having the most experience finding a lot of loot there; it's slightly bigger than the other two.
But that is just one of the daily activities that are going to have you searching out hard-to-find places. Some of your quests may want you to collect things at Crash Site or Crashed Cargo; thus, it would be wise for you to familiarize yourself with as many points of interest as you can to better equip yourself for the various and sundry daily quests which will beset you.
For those looking to do even more exploration of the map, there are two secret quests out there that reward quite a lot of experience. One involves finding all of the hidden gnomes on the island, while another adds into the Fortnite canon with Hope's Audio Logs.
In this sense, knowing How to search containers at base camps in Fortnite Remix, allows you to embark on this search with ease, try it.
