Hidden Ending Path: If you choose to run Parachute.exe instead of handing the Data Diver to the Dispatcher, a secret pathway opens, leading to a familiar location.
Edwin’s House: After reaching Edwin Murray’s house, you must collect five hidden birthday reels to unlock the code for his upstairs room.
This guide will help you find all the tapes, solve the puzzle, and progress through the game while avoiding the deadly Mimic.
All Birthday Reel Locations in Edwin’s House
The Mimic roams Edwin’s house, making exploration dangerous. Use wind-up mouse toys and voice-line mannequins to distract it, or sneak through vents for safe passage.
Tape 1: Projector Room Safe
Enter the projector room (with Executive access).
Exit through the door near the inventory tube system.
In the next room, find a tiger mascot costume on the table.
Go left into a small room with a safe—open it to get the first reel.
Tape 2: Hallway Safe
Leave the projector room through the main door into the hallway.
Turn left and enter the adjacent room.
A safe in the corner (near a round table) contains the second tape.
Tape 3: Storage Room Vent
Go to the end of the hallway near the staircase.
Enter the room and crawl through the open vent into storage.
Open the safe inside to claim the third reel.
Tape 4: Second-Floor Room
Carefully move upstairs, avoiding the Mimic.
The first room at the top contains another safe with the fourth tape.
