If you want to get this collectible, the first thing you need to get is a level five security clearance. You get it by entering the office at Gator Golf or Fazer Blast. Once you have the Party Pass, you can enter one of these areas. Once you have the correct security clearance, head to the second floor of the atrium and look for the Pass and follow the hallway until you reach the next door. Go through the door and you will find a Let's Eat bakery. There will be several security bots in this area there, so keep an eye out. Go to the other side of the room. But don't go inside the bakery. Keep going along the wall on the left until you see a food stand with the sign "Girl Cakes". Just behind the food stand you'll find the present containing Chica's magnet.
