Now that Factorio Space Age is out, you can take your manufacturing empire to new heights. Despite the expansion's wealth of new content, it is known to break the vast majority of player-made modifications. If you'd rather not play in that mode, we've figured out a couple ways to gain Infinite Resources in Factorio Space Age.

How to get Infinite Resources in Factorio Space Age

Using mods is the simplest approach to gain infinite resources in Factorio: Space Age. Some new modifications have been developed that are compatible with the Factorio Space Age extension, including ones that include Infinite Resources. However, the majority of the older mods for vanilla Factorio no longer operate. To be more precise, the following three add-ons are compatible with the latest version of Factorio (2.0) and will unlock endless resources:

For starters, the mineral resources will be endless, and the oil yields will stay at the same pace you saw them at initially. By mechanically restocking exhausted resource nodes, the third mod makes available an endless supply of resources.

Launch Factorio Space Age. Press the Mods button. Navigate to the Explore menu. Finally, click the magnifying glass in the top right to activate and install the mod of your choice. You may install a mod by searching for it, clicking on it, and then clicking the install button. Finally, at the bottom right, you'll see a green confirm button. Now that you have the mod installed, Factorio Space Age will reload with endless resources!

As a first step, you can just start a new game with more resources. The Resources tab is the first one you'll see when you open a new game file; it lists all of the resources and has tabs for their size, richness, and frequency. By adjusting the corresponding sliders, you can enhance your access to resources on the planets you've chosen.

The frequency determines how frequently an ore vein patch will spawn for that particular resource. When they spawn, the size rises, making each of those patches bigger in height and width. The last tab allows you to raise the Richness, also known as loudness, of every patch on the resource node. There will be an abundance of resources around the map if you max up all three of these. Approaching infinity, but not quite there yet.

If you want an endless supply of resources in Factorio, you may also level up to the Space Age and start constructing your own space platforms. Asteroids can be broken down into their component parts by means of these space platforms, which can also gather and process them. Since asteroids will perpetually respawn, this effectively becomes an endless means of acquiring resources. While it may be more challenging to prepare for than resources found on Earth, it is still a possibility!
