Quest Info: This is related to the Chef's Diary quest item, which is found in the Beluga restaurant on Klimov Street in the Streets of Tarkov area. There is another restaurant near the Sewer River outlet, but it is not the one needed for the quest.
To reach Beluga Street, you can follow the right side of the Tarkov Streets up to Pinewood Hotel and cross Klimov Street until you reach the image shown below. You must not take the route across Primorsky Ave because it is a very highly concentrated street in terms of number, making it really hazardous to risk going through.

The first appearance is from the top floor, on the counter in the bar. You can access it by jumping over the bar counter.
Spawn Series, Part 2
Next gen. drinks, second bar counter upstairs on the third level. Check underneath the counter top next to the dispensers.
Birth 3
Third offspring, third level, within the boundary of the kitchen. Along the kitchen sink, there are some cabinets, one of which is partially opened. The third offspring is hiding in this cabinet.
Create four
The fourth child is locked away past the director's quarters. You will need the Director Key of the Beluga Restaurant to be able to unlock it. The locked door may either be on the side of the staircase or through the kitchen. Both are tightly shut, but you only really need to unseal one of them.
In fact, you don't need to bother with the key at all, as the Chef's Diary can be in one of three rooms. If you are not willing to take chances, you can buy the key in advance from the flea market prior to the raid.
Now, even after you found the Chef's Diary, you still have to put up with it and look for a way out. Grab a Green Flare and head toward the extraction point on Klimov Street, as it will be the closest one from the restaurant Beluga.
