It is optional to enter dorm room 114 on the Customs floor.
Provide the therapist with the carbon case.

The Carbon Case's Position on Customs

Start by launching a Customs raid and making your way to the dormitory. To get about if you don't know your way around, check out the Tarkov Wiki or Map Genie. Go inside the two-story dorm when you get to the dorms on Customs.

After entering, take a left turn down the corridor to room 114. To enter the room, use the key from room 114 in the dorm. The Carbon case you'll need for the job is visible atop the safe. You can reach the extract by interacting with it and picking it up. A player could be there if you find the door unlocked.

Where can I find the key for room 114 in the dorm?

You can search the blue vehicle at the military checkpoint for the key to room 114 if you do not have the key to the flea market. You will need to keep checking the place until you locate the key, as it is not a sure spawn.
