The Revelwood and DIadwyn woodlands are home to the spiky shrub known as Stinging Nettle. These northern regions are teeming with powerful foes and are located farther from the starting point. Therefore, if you are just starting out on your adventure, it is recommended that you level up your character and improve their armor before venturing into the forests in search of the plant.
As you can see on the map below, I discovered that the ideal spot to cultivate Stinging Nettle in Enshrouded was directly southeast of the location of Revelwood Ancient Spire. Leave this spot and fly southeast to the Elixir Well using your Glider. On a cliffside overlooking a Shroud-filled area, I quickly discovered abundant spawning of this plant. You should exercise caution, as this region is teeming with boars that, if you are unprepared, can inflict significant harm.
You may make your hunt easier by altering the foliage settings. It could be more challenging to locate the desired plant if it looks like nettle, which is a tiny ornamental shrub. Eating stinging nettle can raise your Spirit, and it can also be used to make cat taming recipes. These can be made by two of the several survivors from Enshrouded. Cat Food and Cat Food Bait are two products that require the plant; to find them, speak with Farmer Emily Fray or her assistant, Fenrig Mills.

- 1 Raw Wolf Meat
- 4 Stinging Nettle
Cat Food Bait:
- 2 Raw Lean Meat
- 1 Raw Wolf Meat
- 1 Raw Game
- 1 Stinging Nettle
If you haven't gotten Emily yet, you can find her in the same large vase you found the Blacksmith in at the Ancient Vault - Farmer, which is north of the Springlands Ancient Spire. Talk to her after you've summoned her with the Summoning Staff to begin the quest that will bring you to Fenrig, her helper. You can make Cat Food Bait with only one of these, but if you own multiple bases, it's best to have both. A craftsperson and their helper allow you to staff two of your bases with farmers, even though only one NPC can be assigned to a base at a time.
Crafting Cat Food Bait and adopting a feline buddy is possible when you've summoned Fenrig or Emily to your base and gathered the necessary components.
