A talisman that can be equipped to increase the player's stamina recovery speed is the Green Turtle Talisman. You will regain an additional eight stamina points per second, a 17.7% increase, while the talisman is equipped. While it may not be one of the best talismans in the game, it does serve a purpose. You'll still have to wait a bit before your stamina starts regenerating after dodging or attacking, but once it does, your entire stamina bar will recharge much faster. This means you can attack again sooner, but you also have a chance to dodge sooner, potentially saving your life in the process.

In Summonwater Village, which is located in the northeast of Limgrave and on the road to Caelid, you will find the Green Turtle Talisman.
