The first thing you need to do is head to the Ninth Mt. Gelmir camp and past the Adult Fallingstar Beast boss area > head over the stone bridge that goes to the ground below and head down into the forest. Upon arrival, you will see a fork in the road to Volcano Manor. Skip past this and continue further downhill past the Spider Hands until you reach the outpost, near the Road of Iniquity grace site and some burning corpses.To get to this place you will have to start from Altus Plateau, on the Bridge of Inequity, west of Minor Erdtree.
