The first thing you have to do is go to Liurnia of the Lakes, north of Limgrave. For this you can enter the Stormveil Castle or the path of the cliff. Note that the Stormveil path will be a bit tricky, you may have to take out Margit and Godrick, so use the other one if you don't feel up to this.
