The first thing you have to do is go to the Caelid region, east of Limgrave and Mistwood. Proceed along the path to the far end of the Caelid region, to the Bestial Sanctum. You can use the warp stone behind Marika's Third Church in Mistwood to teleport to the Bestial Sanctum. You can use the teleportation chest at the Dragon Burnt Ruins in Limgrave, to gain access to Sellia's crystal tunnel, from which you can activate the Sites of Grace on your way to the shrine.Already in the Sanctum, you will have to activate the Site of Grace, this way you can reappear in the area if you die.
