The first thing you need to know if you are wondering how to find Cinquedea and the Dragoncrest shield talisman in Elden Ring, is that both items can be found in the same hidden area and in order to get them, you will have to go to the bottom of the Bestial Sanctum. To start you will have to teleport to the Bestial Sanctum Site of Grace. Exit the sanctum and head right > turn right again to be near the outer side of the Sanctum. On the cliff on that side of the Sanctum, you will be able to see a large branch that you can comfortably fall down, so head to the edge to fall onto the branch.
The branch will be slanted and just at the bottom of the slope, you will see the perpendicular branch that you can fall on. This branch has an arm that branches off to the left, which you have to walk along to go over the building, where you will find another branch that you will have to fall down again.
When you jump off the building you will see a small drop that will take you to a large platform. At this point you will have to summon your horse and double jump to be able to reach the edges of one of the pillars that are in the area.
After this you will have to jump to the ledge closest to the Sanctum and here you will find a larger area just below to land on. There will be more pillars, so you can use your horse again to jump to them, until you find a walkway between the pillar and the Sanctum. From the catwalk you will be able to see another perspective below you and which you will have to climb down to.
You can use the ledges of the shrine and the pillar to break your fall and your horse to reach the ledges more easily. As you descend you will come to an area of statues and find the Cinquedea Dagger and further down you will find the Dragoncrest Shield Talisman.
