Where to Find Messmer Soldier Ashes in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree?
In the Fort of Rebuke in Scadu Altus, the ashes of Private Messmer can be found in a hidden area. The Fort can be accessed in two ways. The main way is to travel southeast to reach the Fort after defeating Rellana, Twin Moon Knight, to unlock Scadu Altus. This path takes you through the Dragon called Ghost, who guards the mountain pass.
The sealed spiritual spring in Gravesite Plains, southeast of Ensis Castle, is the other option. Instead of taking the main road from the entrance to Grace Castle, head into the forest to the south until you can cross the road and enter the poison field. To reach the sealed spiritual spring, you must close the south wall. Use Torrent to jump directly to the back section of the Fort of Rebuke after breaking the seal. Jump past the Omenkiller to access the main area.
The ashes of Private Messmer are found in the Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree.
From the entrance to the Fort, turn left and you will see a gap in a part of the wall. An open parachute leads to a new section here. After jumping and collecting the items from the bodies, defeat the Omenkiller. Continue until you reach a door that leads outside. The Ashes of Private Messmer are found on the white tombstones. Take the ladder on the right to return to the Fort after picking them up.
