How to Get Frozen Maggot in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree?

Belurat Prison is the easiest place to farm Frozen Worms early. This underground prison, accessible through a lakeside cave near Belurat, is filled with spirits, Jar Innards, and some living Jars. Most importantly, for our purposes, there are frozen worms that can be collected en masse throughout the prison.
