How to get the Rock Heart in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree
Location: Jagged Peak, at an approximate halfway point on the mountain's ascent. Refer to external resources for a detailed map reference.
Procedure:
- 1. Jagged Peak Access: Gaining entry to Jagged Peak requires prior completion of the Dragon's Pit mini-dungeon situated in the southern region of Gravesite Plain, near the Suppressing Pillar. Upon defeating the Dragon's Pit boss, you'll emerge into a new area. Head south towards the Grand Altar of Dragon Communion or east towards Jagged Peak for this walkthrough.
- 2. Ascent and Draconic Foes: Ascend the slopes of Jagged Peak. You'll encounter two Jagged Peak Drakes that need to be eliminated. Completing Igon's questline (initiated by speaking to him at Pillar Path Waypoint) grants the ability to summon him for assistance against these Drakes.
- 3. Spectral Encounter: After defeating the Jagged Peak Drakes, proceed towards the designated location on the map (refer to external resources). Here, you'll find a spectral chair, potentially occupied by a ghost.
- 4. Acquiring the Rock Heart: If the chair is initially empty, venture a short distance away and return. Approaching the spirit will trigger its disappearance, leaving behind the coveted Rock Heart.
Utilizing the Rock Heart:
The Rock Heart functions as a reusable consumable item. Upon consumption, it transforms you into the potent Dragon Form, significantly augmenting your Dragon Communion incantations, including potent Dragonbreath spells like Ekzyke's Decay.
