How to Recruit Pieter in Eiyuden Chronicle Hundred Heroes

It should be noted that it is possible to recruit Pieter earlier, it is a simple enough task just to talk to him. He immediately agrees to join the Alliance, faithful to his goal of helping people instead of participating in battle.
