Chapter 4: Dian Wei's Rescue Mission in the Wan Castle Escape
Dian Wei will note that the enemy's numbers are diminishing and a Fate Altered notice will display on screen if you do all of this in less than eight minutes. Choose solo-target Battle Arts to defeat opposing officers and save Musou for when it is needed the most because each of these steps needs to be completed as fast as possible.
Guo Jia's Rescue in the Battle of Mount Bailang (Chapter 5)

After killing Huang Gai, the Fate Altered message will appear on screen for the final time. From there, players can proceed with the battle as usual. Now that the Battle of Chibi is complete (if Cao Cao's fleet doesn't burn), they can move on to the actual ending for Wei without having to wait for the Battle of Huarong Path. Unfortunately, it doesn't stray too far from the default ending—though completionists probably won't care.
When players finish the Wei tale with the genuine ending, they will unlock the "The True Path to Power" Trophy / Achievement.
