How to get Bravery in Dynasty Warriors Origins?
Earning Bravery is simple: just attack the enemy by any means—whether it's a regular attack, a charge attack, Battle Art, Special Art, or Musou. As you do this, the hexagons begin to light up in a bright orange. Regular attacks earn a little bravery, but a string of charge attacks followed by a Battle Art will greatly fill several hexagons within the gauge. The trick is to be churning out damage and making attacks as continuously as possible, really. Note that a strong flashing indicator attack will make you lose all the bravery you have accumulated. You will need to time your blocks and parries perfectly.
Start off with four Bravery hexagons at your disposal. The deeper you get, the more your options open up for earning even more Bravery, which you will use to pull off bigger Battle Arts-such as the Dance of the Whirlwind-that require more Bravery, or you chain a few of them together into a really massive damage dealer. These unlock every five levels, starting at level 10. You'll know when it's ready thanks to a handy flash of orange (or red for Special Art) at the bottom-right of your screen, letting you know you have sufficient Bravery to use the equipped Battle Arts.
