The base cost is 4,500 Phoxene Plumule for 30 Thoughts, but this price decreases for every Thought you've already earned through gameplay, making it a helpful option for those close to finishing their collection.

Step 1: Obtaining the Secret Letter: Psyche

Navigate to the Covert Commissions menu.

Select the "Character" option.

Click on "Select a Secret Letter" and choose Secret Letter: Psyche.
