where do I find the bunuelos ingredients?

You can buy Wheat Seeds from Goofy's Stall in either the Ancient's Landing and Peaceful Meadow biomes. After that, you can plant the seeds and collect wheat. You can find Goofy's Stall in either of the biomes right as you enter it so you can buy the seeds for 3 Star Coins each.
Once planted anywhere in the Valley and watered once, you will be rewarded with a yield of two units of Wheat in one minute.
Dairy products.
At Chez Remy Restaurant, you will be able to buy the items of Cheese for 180 Star Coins, Eggs at 220 Star Coins, and Milk for 230 Star Coins.
If not already done, head into Remy's questline to complete the "A Restaurant Makeover" quest so you will be able to open up the Chez Remy Restaurant shop.
Chez Remy Restaurant secret
With 2,000 Dreamlight, the access to Dreamlight Castle is unlocked. In general, you will earn Dreamlight by doing various tasks in the game: cooking, collecting certain plants, giving presents, and more.
Merlin will then present three available kingdoms for you to enter within Dreamlight Castle. These are Wall-E, Moana, and Ratatouille. At that time, you will have to choose one. To choose Ratatouille Land, choose the door with the rat icon and find Remy.
The quest "An Important Night at the Restaurant" can be activated by entering his realm and speaking with Remy. According to him, prepare a meal that is ready to greet Remy upon his arrival at Dreamlight Valley.
