At the river entrance, a right turn allows jumps across to some floating stone platforms. The location of one of your first friends is seen to your right, and you can reach that with four Old Bed Echoes.

In the first area, dive into a frozen-in-time waterfall with the Surface interaction. After taking trampolines upwards, insert a room with a ladder.

If you don't know it by now: know the Bombfish's Echo and get rid of it in here. Now you can use it to take care of the oncoming hazards. Swim straight forward down to the bottom floor and your second Tri friend will be there. Yes, use the Bombfish to get to it.

And of course, don't forget that the air bubbles in this area will also refill some of Zelda's oxygen. Otherwise, you can also keep going for a longer period of time by using some Bubble Kelp.

Continue left and note that you're seeking a corrupted Tektite; defeat to get another Tri ally for Chaos at River Zora Village quest. Give to an Echo, I used Darknut and found it very powerful and quick, or a Swordfighter form.

Now you are back at the entrance of the river, go left. Swim up the river, and in one of those pools is a Tri pal.

Once more, bridge across to the north with four Old Beds to span the gap to the trees opposite, on the right.

You've finished your quest of locating Tri's friends in the Stilled Upper Zora River; now, you get to help repair the Rift. Collect Tri's two Unusual Crystals as a reward and head on out into the world. Once you have reached the summit, you will be able to finish Zelda Echoes of Wisdom's Chaos at River Zora Village.
