Before telling, you how to get innocents in Disgaea 6, you have to know that these are residents that can inhabit any element of the game, which can increase an attribute or statistic for that element. They have a Common or Legendary status, which can be divided into two categories, Subdued and Unsubdued.
The first category is the one that has a happy face emoji and from which it is possible to see its effects activated and also to exchange them. The second one has angry faces, their effects are not activated, it is not possible to see their potential effects, and they cannot be exchanged. The cultivation process consists of changing them from angry to happy, as well as having the unsubdued ones removed during the cultivation process.
When the Innocents reach the maximum level, we recommend you to combine them with the ones that haven't reached the level limit, this way they can continue leveling up, as you create more Innocents.
After finishing with the Innocents and eliminating the low level Unsubdued, you will be able to move on from the high level subjects to level them up and combine them. The key is to get your hands on 10 stacks of 900 high-level, high-ranking subdued Innocents.

You will also need to sell Baal's swords and buy two statisticians at the same level with the points > then you will have to place them on a level object and fight against them in the object world area until they are subdued > then you will have to level the Innocent Farm Squad > then you will have to level up your Innocents to the maximum level and raise them by fighting in any scenario with the 32x speed active.
