The best way to get the Umbracrux is to kill the Fell Council bosses in the Infernal Hordes and then spam-open as many Spoils of Equipment chests as possible.
The Infernal Hordes become available once the player completes the starting questline from "The Eyes of the Enemy" in Zarbinzet. You will be rewarded with an Infernal Compass that will allow access to the Infernal Hordes. The Tier of the Compass depends on how far you have progressed in endgame progression, which then scales the difficulty of Hordes and thus the amount of Burning Aether that you will gain. This currency will let you open chests of Spoils of Equipment and Spoils of Greater Equipment; the latter will have more high-tier loot.

When the Rogue attacks this totem, it channels replicated Trap Skill damage to any nearby enemies, albeit at 20% effectiveness. It's important to note that your Subterfuge Skills can only summon one Shade Totem at a time. The Umbracrux has the following affixes: +[76 – 90] Dexterity, [7.0 – 9.0]% Subterfuge Cooldown Reduction, [+30.0 – 40.0]% Vulnerable Damage, [+2 – 3] to Innervation In case you want to have a really good Rogue setup, for example, the Barrage Rogue in Diablo 4, then you would need to farm a lot of Burning Aether.
