With a relatively short 15-second cooldown, Celestial Surge allows for frequent and impactful use, making it excellent for clearing mobs and applying consistent area-of-effect (AoE) damage.This spell's versatility extends through the Horadric Spellcraft system, where it can be further customized with Infusions and Arcana. Diablo 4: How To Get Celestial Surge in Season 9

The Celestial Surge Horadric spell is a Tier 1 reward on the Horadric Focus board, which is the seasonal progression track for Season 9. To unlock this spell, you need to claim it from the Tier 1 section of this board.However, before you can access the Horadric Focus board and its rewards, you'll need to meet a few foundational conditions:

Complete the Base Game and Create a Seasonal Character: Ensure you have finished the main Diablo 4 campaign and have created a new character specifically for the Seasonal Realm (Season 9). Seasonal content is only accessible with a seasonal character.

Begin the Seasonal Questline: Once your seasonal character is ready, travel to Cerrigar and speak with Bryona to initiate the Season 9 questline, "Sins of the Horadrim."

Progress Through the Questline: Continue through Bryona's quests until you reach the objective that requires you to complete your first Horadric Strongroom.

• Horadric Strongrooms are mini-challenges found within Nightmare Dungeons. You can increase your chances of finding them by using Nightmare Sigils that have a Horadric affix or by playing on higher difficulty tiers.
• To enter a Strongroom, you'll typically find a Horadric Gateway within a Nightmare Dungeon. Activating it will trigger an ambush, and upon defeating the enemies, a portal will appear, transporting you to the Strongroom.

• Unlock Tier 1: Accumulateenough Horadric Knowledge to reach Tier 1 on the Horadric Focus board.Once you have the required amount, you can claim Celestial Surge as your reward.
