The first thing you need to do is head over to the official Blizzard Entertainment website > log into your Battle.net account in the top right corner or create one if you don't have one. You must be 18 years old to register, so keep that in mind. When you log in, you'll need to head to the bottom for the pre-registration button > click it to refresh the page and see your name in the pool of potential accounts pulled to participate in future Battle.net beta releases.
