How to make Ryan survive in The Quarry?

Ryan will start to be in danger fairly late in the game, but who he kisses during truth or dare, whether he takes Jacob's gun or not, does not determine his fate. But it could affect whether Jacob lives or dies.

In Chapter 9, Bobby will stab him, and when he comes out of the forklift, you can either take the knife out or leave it inside.
