How To Complete Exegesis Mission Puzzle in Destiny 2

Objective: Activate four designated Founts of Light and Darkness in a predetermined order to progress the mission.

Key Points:

1. Prioritization: Do not deposit Motes into Founts immediately upon encountering them. Their activation follows a specific sequence.

2. Beam Recognition: After successfully depositing Motes into a Fount, visually identify the number of Light beams emanating from the top of each remaining Fount. These beams signify the activation order, ranging from one to four beams.

3. Communication: Fireteam coordination is crucial. Clearly communicate the number of beams observed on each Fount to ensure synchronized activation.

4. Activation Sequence:

- The first Fount to activate will be a Light Fount positioned on a wall.
- The second Fount will be a Darkness Fount.
- The third Fount will be another Light Fount.
- The final Fount to activate will be a Darkness Fount.

Recommended Strategy:

- Designate one team member to monitor the number of Light beams on each Fount after Mote deposit.
- This designated Guardian should relay the observed beam count to the fireteam.
- Based on the communicated beam sequence, Guardians should collectively deposit Motes into the corresponding Fount.
- Repeat steps 2-4 until all four Founts are successfully activated.
