How to Play Cross-Platform with Friends in Delta Force

With the launch of Delta Force on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S, console players can now experience the game's large-scale Operations and Warfare modes. The game supports crossplay, allowing console and PC players to team up or compete against each other. This guide will provide a clear overview of how crossplay and cross-progression work in Delta Force, as well as how to manage these features on your preferred platform.

Delta Force supports full crossplay between PC and consoles (PS5 and Xbox Series X/S). This means that PC players and console players can be matched in the same lobbies. However, it's important to note that mobile players on iOS and Android cannot play with players on PC or consoles.For console players, there is a distinct advantage: the ability to toggle crossplay on and off.

How to Toggle Crossplay

If you are playing Delta Force on a PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X/S, you can control whether you are matched with PC players.

• Open the Settings menu.
• Navigate to the Game tab.
• Look for the Crossplay section at the very top of the tab.
• Toggle the button to turn the setting on or off.

Toggling this option On allows you to play with PC users, which is necessary if you want to squad up with friends on that platform. Toggling it Off will restrict your matchmaking pool to only other console players,which can be useful if you wish to avoid potential cheaters or theadvantage that keyboard and mouse players may have. You will still bematched with players from other consoles, such as PS5 players beingmatched with Xbox players.

It is worth noting that some Xboxplayers have reported that the crossplay toggle button is not currentlyavailable on their console, which is likely a bug that the developerswill address in a future update. The PC version of Delta Force does not have a crossplay toggle option.

How Cross-Progression Works

Delta Force features a robust cross-progression system, allowing you to use asingle account across PC, consoles, and mobile. This means that anyskins, operators, or other items you unlock will be available no matterwhich platform you play on.

To enable this, you must create and use a Level Infinite Pass (LIPASS) account. A LIPASS is required to play the game on PC, and it's the keyto syncing your progress across all platforms. You can link your LIPASSaccount to third-party accounts like Discord, Gmail, or Facebook, andthen use those linked accounts to log in on other devices.

Here is how you can link your LIPASS account from PC to a third-party account (like for a mobile or console login):

• Start the Delta Force launcher on your PC.
• Click the person-shaped icon on the right side of the launcher.
• Select Account Center.
• From the Account Center, you can bind a third-party account to your LIPASS.
• Once the account is bound, you can log in to Delta Force on a different device using that third-party account, and your progression will be synced.

It's crucial to create and use a LIPASS account from the very beginning toensure your progression is saved across all platforms. If you log in to a mobile or console account before linking it to a LIPASS account, a newaccount will be created that cannot be synced, and your progress will be lost.
