Knowing how to heal in a video game where your life is worth a lot is important and in this guide we will tell you how to do it in Death Stranding.

  What is Death Stranding about?

This is the new open-world action video game developed by Kojima Productions and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment, which will be available for PlayStation 4 and PC users. The video game is expected to be released in just a few hours on November 8, 2019. In this video game there are many things to do, and to do them all calmly you will have to know how to heal to keep the standard of living stable.

How to heal in Death Stranding?

Your initial health bar will have a total of 1,000 ml or a liter, naturally when your bar is completely empty you will die. You might think that this can be solved simply by staying alert and avoiding being hit by enemy attacks, but not ... Your blood is one of the only effective weapons against BT, so in full combat you will have to resort to your bar health several times making it necessary to know how to heal.

There are several ways in which you can cure your health, one of them is eating a Cryptobiote, this will allow you to get an instant boost of health, these can easily be obtained all over Death Stranding near coral-looking rocks.

If you wonder how to heal, you should know that you can also use blood bags. You can get use of these completely free every time you sleep in a private room, but you can also create them yourself. Four of these bags will provide you with a total of 2,000 ml of blood, we recommend having them equipped in Sam's tool bag, this will allow you to automatically regenerate 500 ml when your standard of living is low. Once they are equipped in the bag they will turn off until the room is used up.

Keep in mind that although you can get 2,000 ml of extra blood, it will not add to your health bar, in fact, your health bar can always hold 1,000 ml although the Blood Bags can fool the game.Keep in mind that using very powerful weapons in Death Stranding can be counterproductive in a certain way, this is because the more powerful the weapon you are using, the more health it will demand, so you can end up doing more damage to yourself than your own enemies, so try to always carry blood bags to have a supply when going to battle. You should also know that, regardless of the weapon you use, it will first take blood from the bags that your bar, allowing you to mentally segment the blood bags to distribute them in the best possible way. and together with the Cryptobiotes you can keep your health stable for a while.

And since you know how to heal in Death Stranding you can be a little calmer and fight more safely in the game, or at least until your blood supplies run out, you can always use more blood bags in your tool bag, so We recommend bringing the ones you can. Good luck and we hope you can take advantage of every detail of our guide.
