PCC is a device that Sam can fabricate at terminals in distribution centers and facilities. Once crafted and carried, you can equip it in the field to deploy a variety of structures, provided you are within an area connected to the Chiral Network. Transponder | A device that lets you fast travel (Beach Jump) to other transponders located in facilities, safe houses, or standalone devices built in the wild. Hot Spring Digger | A dowsing device designed to detect heated groundwater from underground tar currents and dig a Hot Spring. Cargo Catapult | Launches batches of cargo over long distances. A parachute softens the landing and lets you adjust the landing location.
