To get to Cauldron Theta, you'll need to complete several missions and quests. Once you arrive, you'll need to make your way through the dungeon and defeat the Apex Bilegut in the final battle. Keep in mind that this is a one-time encounter, and you won't be able to repeat the boss fight once you've completed it.
