Method 1: Farming the Dedicated Boss - Shadowpelt
The most reliable way to secure the Slippy grenade is by challenging its designated source: the boss Shadowpelt.
Location:
You can find Shadowpelt at the very end of the Whistler's Maw Auger Mine, located in the Terminus Range region's Cuspid Climb area.
