With the damage potential of Pack-a-Punch, players are going to be able to complete the game much faster than without it, but how does one go about setting up this marvelous device? Here's how to turn on Pack-a-Punch on Terminus, a key ability for Black Ops 6 players.
Black Ops 6 Zombies: How to Activate Pack-a-Punch in Terminus?
Once players spawn into Terminus Island, they'll want to make their way to the Guard Station in the starting area. Inside, they'll find the Aetherium Maturation Pod-AMP Generator. To activate Pack-a-Punch, players will have to power up one of three AMPs around the entire map. For each AMP, players must make it survive for a total of 30 seconds against purple-eyed zombies, and activation will cost 500 Essence. AMP's won't be noticed by the regular orange-eyed undead. Once one AMP is turned on, players are able to use the nearby Perk-a-Colas, in addition to 500 Essence and powering up the area. All of the AMP locations are below:
Guard Station Quarters
BIO Laboratory Amp #1 - Security Post
Opposite of the security room that Strauss and Peck will be in, across the hall, is an AMP Generator that one can turn on. Only the barriers will spawn purple-eyed zombies; taking them out will allow you to practice with the orange-eyed ones.
AMP Part 2: Living Spaces
Second AMP can be powered up in the Living Quarters; to get there, go past the Guard Station. You should be coming here toward the end of early rounds in order to train via the Living Quarters and to confuse purple-eyed zombies so that they don't destroy the AMP, as there are a few extra zombie spawns. Juggernog will be in this room also and will turn on the second the AMP does.
Third Amp - Bio Lab
In the last AMP, players will go through the prison's famous routes up to the Seaside Path, but they will discover there an added wall blocking the entry. Players can get to the BIO Lab by picking up a key and going through linear caves. In the middle of the BIO Lab amongst the (sometimes loose) canisters of zombie experiments, you will receive the third AMP. The zombies will generally spawn on the catwalks leading off of the AMP, so this is a rather easy one to complete.
Terminal: How to Access Pack-a-Punch
The players can now head to the BIO Lab and jump into the water, turning on the Inclined Lift, which is attached near the back of the middle platform, after all three AMPs have been activated. Inside, the lift will rise from the waters carrying with it the desired Pack-a-Punch when activated. The Inclined Lift is now open and can be used by players to achieve Pack-a-Punch or purchase it from the BIO Lab, where it rises between Communications and the Storage Area for 500 Essence. Although there is a 120-second cooldown for each activation, it's actually pretty convenient to send Pack-a-Punch to different levels.
Each Pack-a-Punch has the same standard tiers:
- First Level: 5,000 Essence
- Second-Level: 15,000 Essence
- Sum of 30,000 Essence - Tier 3
