Tending to a garden in BitLife is pretty straightforward. To start, you need to head to the Mind & Body option on the activities menu. You'll find the Garden activity marked by a pink tulip; select it and you'll see the various effects on your stress stat. 

Each garden session will come with a different reward, ranging from a decrease in stress, to an increase in health and happiness. Keep an eye out for a chain of positive effects, as this can provide an even bigger boost. 

Remember though that some sessions may still be stressful, so make sure to monitor your stats closely. If you don't see the Garden activity, it could be because you're in prison, an orphanage, or a street hustler. Generally, if you have your own green space to work in, you should find the option.
