In order to craft TM 150 Stone Edge in Pokémon Scarlet Violet, players must first defeat 6 trainers at North Province's (Area One) Battle League to unlock the TM. Then, players must speak to the Battle League Representative at the nearest Pokémon Center to craft the TM. To do this, players will need 12,000 League Points, 5 Rolycoly Coal, 3 Rockruff Rock and 3 Klawf Claw.
Rolycoly Coal can be obtained from members of the Rolycoly line except for Coalossal, which has no known overworld spawns. Rolycoly can be found in cave and mine biomes in the East Province (Area Three), while Carkol can be found in mines of the same area. Rolycoly is a pure Rock type, weak to Water, Grass, Fighting, Ground, and Steel-type moves, while Carkol is a Rock and Fire type weak to Water, Fighting, Ground and Rock-type moves.
