• Choose the United States as your country.
• Pick Los Angeles as your city.

2. Steal Five or More Cars

Now it’s time to build your illegal car collection. Follow these steps:

Go to Activities → Crime → Grand Theft Auto.

Attempt to steal a car—repeat until you’ve successfully taken five.

• If the owner catches you, back off and try again next year to avoid jail time.
